A friend of mine got herself into a pickle the other day with about 23 different Trojans (don't ask, I have no idea how she managed it) I tried a few different programs and they all detected them but couldn't manage to get rid of them....The only one that did the job was Spybot....
Just remember when you have installed it update it and immunise it...Hopefully it will do the trick for you as well...
