Default Limewire Results not quite what they were...

Hi,
I am new here so... yeah.... anyway....
I have been using Limewire for some time now, and have used it quite frequently. Ever since I installed the new Limewire update (not sure if its a actually related to this however) I have been getting much less results (on the plus side however my downloads have been faster). When I first realized this I did a test by searching for episodes of ******* which I had downloaded almost a whole season from a few months ago. And now a pity one spam result remains. And yes I know how Limewire works and how the results depend on who is hosting the files. However after even more tests I have concluded results have been easily cut by over four fifths. I am not sure if this is part of an illegal software cleanup by Limewire, or if I just changed a setting. But I would really like to know.

I have of course checked the basics like my spam filter, and non copyright filter. I have also checked my firewall, and turned it off to no effect. I don't know much about computers but I purchased a new router recently and I am unsure if that may some how be blocking the signal. However Limewire says I have full connection to the network! so that leaves about stumped. If anyone else is having this issue or may know whats wrong I would love to know.

(I have a Vista OS, but Limewire has worked well with Vista ever since I purchased it)

-Thanks
