Default LW is still Firewalled - Verizon dsl - Vista

Before answering the questions, I want to add one quick point. I was using LW with Comcast Internet. I switched to Verizon DSL about 3 weeks ago and since then, it has not worked...

1. OS version? (eg: Windows 98) - Vista/Admin
2. What firewalls you have? - All disabled (had
3. How much ram? a lot
4. Hard Disk space available? a lot
5. Connection type? (eg: dialup, broadband, cable, etc.) - DSL
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? - Westell a90 7500 series
7. Where are you trying to connect from (house, appartment complex, school, student accomodation, work, etc.)? - townhouse
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? The newest - 4.18.6
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? - Verizon
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? - Your Test worked...
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. - I have a wireless router, two other laptops are on it
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. - new problem, due to a new ISP
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? -YES!
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? Originally set up as UPnP but I do not believe that works for Verizon. So I changed it to Port Forwarding
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Some people might not be aware that their security suite includes a firewall - None
16. What country are you living in? - USA

*Further explanation: After talking with Verizon's "advanced tech support" they said they could not help me but it does involve port forwarding. When I go to the Firewall settings for the router, I clicked the port forwarding tab, and created a new rule. They have a selection for LW. (I had to do this process for my XBox Live account). So I created the rule and LW is still saying there is a firewall. I have checked the forums for tips and advice (from deleting LW and reinstalling it), to restarting my computer and modem, but to no avail. PLEASE HELP
