When you created the port number for your westell did you put in place a tcp and a udp rule ??? You need to forward both of those ports with the same number ....

When you have done that you will need to enter that same number into limewire (Tools > Options > Advanced > Firewall)...

You will see the Manual Port Forward option as well as the Listening Rule option...Enter that same number into those options and select apply...

Just remember that you will only use just the one port number for it all...
