On your old computer: Open LW, go tools > options > saving. Now you'll see the location of your saved folder. You can copy files from this folder to an external HDD or disc & then transfer them to your new computer.

Open LW's library & click on Saved Files. Highlight a file & then click Explore - your saved folder will open for you
