1. User Cant Connect - LimeWire
You will need to find out if you have a Norton firewall. Norton & windows firewall do not run well together, resulting in less security and other problems. So choose to enable one, disable the other. Then add LW as an exception firewall rule in the firewall you choose to use/enable.
