I have a similar problem. I have a fast computer and a cable modem. My connection is fast. But when I set my download speed at maximum it says that the maximum download speed is only 44kb/s. In reality, it should be up to 200kb/s or maybe even 300kb/s. I have reached these speeds on all other Limewires but not the latest 4.18.8 Pro. What is the problem? I am downloading from T3 connections, T1 connections etc. and the max speed is still around 40kb/s. What's the deal?
