16. What country are you living in? CANADA
17. Has anything in your setup changed recently? or Java? Have you added any new software or new hardware? Have you updated any software? Have you moved house, changed internet plan or ISP etc etc? NO TO ALL and JAVA IS CURRENT

Hi lclinton,
After several searches on Telus and the Wlan Gigaset Routers that they offer, I find that ALL of their Routers are Firewalled.
Try Portforwarding the Router but the Very Important First Step would be to set up a Static IP. See Link >>>Setting up Static ip for Windows XP

Next Step would be to Portforward the Gigaset Router. See Link Below
