We have a couple different things going on here.
Jet can't access LW at all and
Rocky can't connect. Is this correct ??
Jet, try this even though your Java seems ok.
Try uninstalling
all versions of
Java from
add/remove programs and then use
Crap Cleaner to clean the registry.
Try updating to the latest version of
Java here

Useing the JRE Offline Installer. Rocky, Take a look at this Link. Replacing the Gnutella.net File has done the trick for Many Members.
