I base sharing on months of monitoring uploads, and my computers run 24\7. Have multiple computers with a couple terabites, I found one computer primarily uploads\downloads pdf 's, while another computer primarily uploads\downloads avi 's. So those are what I share. (Just did a post on varying up\download speeds)!
