Exclamation LiMEWiRE WONT CONNECT AS OF RECENT.

OK, a few days ago my Limewire just stopped working. Idk if it was the Microsoft Windows SP Pack1 update i got or what...but under Connections all it does is say "connecting..." and it nv does anything. but sometimes it does show that i have connections and the Bandwith section nxt to the connections stays at "0.000KB/s" also my Dropped stays at "0%" as well...

help would be much appreciated... =D

here are my details

1. OS version? Windows Vista, Administrator Account
2. What firewalls you have? Norton and Windows. Both are set to Allow Limewire. It never stopped me before...
3. How much ram? 2038 MB
4. Hard Disk space available? 48.5 GB
5. Connection type? LAN
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Realtek RTL8101 Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0)
7. Where are you trying to connect from? ummm, college? Sam Houston State University. lol.
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? Limewire 4.18.8/Java 1.6.0
9. Who is your ISP? i have no idea, its a SHSU thing...
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? it said "error loading page" i refreshed countless times, but that's what happened.
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? If yes, please give details of set up. yeah...lk everyone on campus. it's nay impossible to tell you the set up. but im connected to multiple networks, with lots of people. but that was never factor before, my Limewire worked before...
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user. def a new problem w an experienced user.
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? yeappp, but that never stopped me before either. but yes, it's there,
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? no idea
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Some people might not be aware that their security suite includes a firewall Norton and the Vista WIndows Firewall
16. What country are you living in? Sometimes there are ISPs with the same name in more than one country (eg Clearwire in the USA & also in Ireland). USA.
17. Has anything in your setup changed recently? Have you updated your version of LW or Java? Have you added any new software or new hardware? Have you updated any software? Have you moved house, changed internet plan or ISP etc etc? yes, i recently updated my laptop with Vista SP1...
