i'm using windows xp sp3 - safari browser is available for windows.
i tried all 3 browers and none will connect to limewire-i just get directed to wiki limewire in IE7,firefox shows 'Failed to Connect. The connection was refused when attempting to contact
www.limewire.com. Though the site seems valid, the browser was unable to establish a connection.
safari shows '
Safari can’t open the page “http://www.limewire.com/” because it could not connect to the server “www.limewire.com”.'
i do have peer guardian-but even with it disabled/exited i cant connect.likewise for HostsMan.
even temporarily exiting zone alarm firewall aswell,i cant connect either.
i've not altered any other settings on my computer and the last paid version of limewire i was able to download was limewire pro 4.17.3.
so what's happened since then i dont know.
