I know there are lots of threads about this, but to be completely honest I dont understand ONE bit!

I have had LW for well over a year and up until yesterday NO problems.

I cant connect, it has the little brick wall next to the globe. I dont know diddly squat about firewalls and settings. I wont pretend I do, but I am willing to learn if you will all teach me.

Okay, I will give you as much system detail as I possibly can. I will warn you, it wont be much.

I am running on windows Vista, with DSL, my ISP is att (sbcglobal.net) and I have the latest version of LW. I already tried uninstalling it, and it did NOT solve the problem. I did the test, and it worked.

I have Norton 360, and I guess by default windows firewall too?

Please help!!
