Start off by making sure that your Norton firewall's not running at the same time as the Vista firewall... 2 firewalls running at once will cause problems. If they're both on, turn off the Vista firewall & make sure that LW's allowed through the Norton firewall. Try the fixes in the thread below (click on link). They're not too confusing & the harder ones have detailed instructions. If nothing there helps, post back with your system details....at the bottom of that help thread there's a link about system details - click on that link & you'll see a list of the other details that we need. If you're not sure of some info, just do the best you can An important detail is the brand & model of your modem/router... if nothing's showing on top of the router, turn it upside down & the info should be underneath.
