Never heared of what P2P is all about? How do you want to shut down an entire decentralized P2P network composed of millions of independent computers? (Apart from starting a nuclear war which is probable to disrupt the entire interent by destroying the central communication servers.)
Also, there is no "this site"... In case you haven't figured out yet, you are downloading and seraching from other peoples computers.
