As I said in the post above yours (did you even read it?), the helpers here don't work for LW. So it's really doing no good for you to have a rant here... the people who work for LW aren't going to read it.

Here, you get help from volunteers who have used LW for years. That's all.
If you're after an official response to complaints, you won't get it here.

The reason that there are so many different fixes is because so many different fixes have worked for so many different people with different setups.

Don't worry - we get mightily pissed off as well, when people get all steamed & post over here with all their LW grievances. When all we're trying to do is help.
