How long ago was that? And how much did you pay?

Usual reasons for not recognising email address:

* You used the incorrect email address to enter
* Your pro support has finished & your email information auto removed
* You did not purchase from LW.org but accidentally from a scam site.

Do you remember receiving emails from Pro sales / support previously. One with your download link? If not, then you didn't purchase from LW. Check your email addresses & see if any mail from pro still exists. Not sure why anybody would delete such an email anyway with their pro information on it.
