LW don't offer live support for Pro. You can get email support by going to this link & entering the email address that you used to buy Pro & then clicking on the Get Support button:

Rather than running without a firewall, it's better to configure your firewall to allow LW

Don't run 2 software firewalls at once, they'll conflict with each other. So I'd turn off Vista's firewall & then configure McAfee's firewall to allow LW. Check the link below for more info.
