Deleting the war file only seems to work for certain versions of M$ VM or something. I forgot what the error was, but the spyware could not go in on my xp installation. When I tried the same LimeWire installer on wi***, it put in the spyware, and deleting the war file didn't keep the ads from showing. The war file came back too. So now I compiled my own from CVS and made some customizations that I always wanted. If you want the best solution, then spend $8.50 and get the pro version, otherwise the CVS is the only real answer.
