LW Pro has always been for 6 months support with updates. After 6 months that's it, updates/redownloading are no longer possible. Now they offer 12 months support with updates for a higher amount. email addresses are auto removed at end of the support period. Upgrading to V 4.18 (click on link) describes how it works.
