The LimeWire program is not illegal. Is MicroSoft Word illegal, is Adobe Flash illegal ... is Firefox illegal? No ... but you can download illegal content using Firefox. That does not make the program illegal. LW was not designed for sharing illegal content. It's a user problem. What's more, everyone who uses LW or FW clicks an agreement not to use the program for sharing illegal content.
