You can download a fresh one from the connection problems sticky for LW 4 users. This would work well if you think you are connected to dud or spam ultrapeers. Dud ultrapeers meaning your searches are not getting any results. Spammers are always around & you will get spam in search results, but many connect as ultrapeers so if you are connected directly to one, your results will probably be nothing but spam.

To add them, copy paste the ip address across only. Then paste the port into the port option. Forget the details after the port number.
