Looks like the 6 month option is still available, but it's pretty well hidden now

Once you click on the 'Get LimeWire Pro' button & go to the page to enter purchase details, the term of purchase defaults to 1 year. Click on Change Term & there's the option for 6 months also.

Also, if you click on Features (top of the page) on the LW site, the 6 month option still shows.
