1. Right-click the LW shortcut on desktop & choose to run as administrator.

2. Delete the LW preferences whilst LW is closed, see instructions where to find here http://www.gnutellaforums.com/genera...der-vista.html

3. Else, see If LW 5 Will Not Connect

4. You might also see about changing compatibility mode to XP via right-clicking the program.
