There is NO resume function in LW 5's library.
To get old files restarted, press the Show All button bottom right of screen to get to your Downloads window, then click on options you see.
Also search for new sources with the file (the same way you found the file in first place.)

If an incomplete file does not show on LW's download window, perhaps LW crashed or something, there is no technique in LW 5 to get it back. You would have to revert to LW 4 to resume it (force it back into the download window.)
