Did you try manually adding the songs to iTunes via drag & drop from the LW download folder? That will at least tell you if the files are ok or not.

The setting for enabling iTunes is in Tools -> Options ->My Files ... Configure button for auto-adding songs to iTunes.

iTunes cannot import wma, real, mp3pro or ogg files. iTunes can import mp3, m4a/mp4, aiff, wav & apple lossless.
