I take it you want to gather several Windows tasks together so as to execute them in sequence, without you having to be present to manually start each task?

I have never done this myself, so please take what I say with a grain of salt. I make no warranties, express or implied!

What I think you are looking for is Windows Script Host (in earlier versions of Windows, "Windows Scripting Host"). The idea is that you can use this tool to tell Windows to perform specific tasks in a specific order without you having to be there to mind things. You create a "script," a series of instructions, which Windows then reads and follows automatically.
