I want to know how exactly the ultrapeers in Gnutella maintain the information about the leaf peers connected to them. I understand that the hashed contents of the leafs are maintained in the ultrapeers but is the IP address of the leafs maintained in the ultrapeer as well ? If so, exactly how is this done ?
