Hello

Assume I know (by some magic way that a client is willing to download a file from the gnutella network.
Is it possible to initiate an upload to this client w/o waiting for that client to ask for a file? There is an option for "GIV" that is download from client behind NAT/Firewall, but will client proceed and download the file in case it did not ask this specific server to start the session?
