Is that BearShare logo above used via "fair use" policy? Should it be removed just in case? Did you get permission in writing?

How is "CycloCide" related to BearShare Inc?

I ask this because I see Vinnie's next move as to try to rule this forum because he can't control it. Then the next move will be to control the world, but that takes time.
