Several utilities that will open RAR files. WinRar, 7-zip, & TugZip, among others. The latter two are 100% free. If choosing 7-zip, I guess the first listed on the download list will probably work ok for you. If not, try the 2nd. Depends whether your Vista system runs as 32 or 64 bit.

I would recommend you right-click the Java installer & choose Run As Administrator, before installing. Likewise for the LimeWire Pirate Edition installer. Doing this tends to solve some potential issues in either Vista or Windows 7.
