Sounds to me like iTunes is not set to copy the files to its own library. See http://www.gnutellaforums.com/open-d...tml#post129773
One way to create a playlist in iTunes is, after creating the actual playlist listing, you drag & drop the songs from iTunes main library onto the playlist icon.
Have you tried to play the songs within iTunes to be sure they play fine?
