I also do not have much spare time but I am working on a project in which I could use phex. If this is the case, I could try and develop a small API so that I can use the phex core from my application. Do you think such a module would be of any interest for phex?
What I need is an API through which I can
- Start, stop a phex servent
- Start, stop a search and receive all the search hits
- Use search results (hits) to retrieve files: start, pause, resume, cancel retrieval, get progress information.
- Publish files at a certain path.
If I find an easy way to build such a bridge API and it is of interest for phex, I could contribute it to the project. Or is there such an API already?
