The files you wish to share are definitely showing in the My Files -> Public Shared list? Click on Public Shared to be sure they are listed there. I do not use LW for torrents so I do not know much about it. I use two torrent specific programs, one for public sites the other for private torrent sites.

Because torrents and gnutella network are two different protocols, you do not need to be connected to the gnutella network to download or upload torrents.

So I guess we need to find out why you cannot connect to the gnutella network.

Have you tried the latest connection fix installer? I updated it less than 24 hours ago. Maybe if you get connected to the gnutella network the shares will show as they should. http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?ti5x671sxcazqcn (temporary link)
