WireShare or Acqlite. Phex if you're not firewalled. Potentially also GTK-Gnutella.
WireShare is a continuation on from LimeWire v.5. Acqlite is a cross between Cabos and Acquisition and is super light. Unfortunately the Mac Cabos version no longer runs on the later OSX versions.
GTK-Gnutella is the most advanced and still developed of all the apps.
Phex is an old favorite of mine, it would help find alternative search results.
