I'm having the same prob. When I try to open LW, I get an internal error message. I, too, submitted a bug report and received an acknowledgement, but no suggestions. I am running WinXP pro on a PentiumII 333mHz system. It was working fine before. Do you think re-install is the answer? If so, should I uninstall first?
