i've tried xp and 2000 but no one can get a decent upload from me. I have a cable modem and the upload starts at arround 1kb/s and then goes to 0.0kb/s shortly there after. what is the deal. i've tried everything and NO i'm not behind a firewall. this is a major problem(check the postings) that no one is addressing. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
