I get the same darn thing!! And I have not been able to get a good reply from anyone on why this happens!! Is it me? Is it you? NO !! I do not own a magic wand and if I did I think I would turn this cursed thing into a pc! If you get an answer zap it to me. Sorry I am no help...the only thing that I do differently is that I don notn double click;....but so what.good luck to all of us.
