The most common reason for this error, in my experience, is a '/' or '\' character in the file name.

Some clients report the path as well as the file name and so the filename reported includes a slash. LimeWire can't cope with this. As far as I know there is nothing you can do except search for the same file and hope you find one that doesn't include path information.

There may be other characters that cause a problem, and I suspect running out of disk space will generate the same error. Depending on your operating system and download location, there is an outside chance (unlikely) that you have too many files in a single directory/folder.
