I just paid for the pro version of limewire(that I really love) But, I never even got the installer. I got a comformation on my purchase, and I am no dummy when it comes to computers. I clicked on the Mac version...it would not do a thing. I tried the alternate hyperlink..still nothing.
Now, I cant find a way to contact anyone to cancel my order for the Pro version.
I don not intend to pay for a service I did not get.

I am highly disapointed in this company.
