Angry Unable to Connect

I have had Limewire for over a year now without any problems. I upgraded several months ago and everything has been fine, that is until yesterday. No matter what I do I cannot connect. I read your FAQ section and typed the telnet address in my start/run menu as you instructed, but the message came back "unable to connect to 64.61.25.171 6346". I have Earthlink and I contacted their support center. They said that they are not blocking any Gneutella traffic from their servers. I have to believe that the problem is on your end. Is this your way of getting current users of the "free version" to now pay the $9.95 for the "improved version"? How do I know that once I get the "improved version" the same thing won't happen? If I'm getting your service for free I can expect some "glitches" in your system, but before I pay for your service can you guarantee that I will be able to connect at least 90% of the time????????
