Describe exactly what you did to install LimeWire and exactly what happens when you start LimeWire.

The bug report means there has been an error - sending the error message to the specified email address will help the developers to debug the error - if you didn't send off the message - then the error will remain.

However, there may be a workaround - but without some idea of what you've done, there's no way to give advice on what else you can do.
