Pleae help-

I am looking everywhere for help on this. I want to be able to use the songs I download off of LimeWire to burn CDs. I have iTunes, which I have used to burn CDs, but I can't figure out how you can download off of LimeWire and then get those songs to show up in my iTunes library. Please, if you know how to do this and can explain it to someone who needs step-by-step instructions, it would be greatly appreciated.
