Does anyone have an explanation as to why my files are not being shared? I have to "add new folder" and "rescan" EVERY time I connect whereas before I upgraded to 0.9.9, I didn't !

Also, whilst I'm here.... does anyone know when the annoying reminder "upgrade now available" will go away?
