if i had known it was going down, i would have notified everyone. I too was in the middle of a convo when it just went POOF.

Because both the website AND irc were down, i could not even post the message on the website. I did send out emails to everyone on my contact list asking them to spread the word. After that, i spent my time trying to find out what was going on.

Im more annoyed about this then any of you, so mighty... give me a break. its a free service and we try our damn best to keep it operational. Sorry if this is not to your satisfaction .
I guess if we had downtime all the time this wouldn't matter and would be chalked up to no biggie.. but i understand your grief since irc was up ~100 days w/o a problem. *cough*

edit : xolox chat back up? Dunno.. p2pchat is back up.
I'll keep all posted about xolox chat when I know more ( the chat within xolox).
