That stands for file allocation table if you didn't know. But anyhow, windows2000 does not support that file format, is not compatible with anything based on the specific file system. The only thing I can suggest is to maybe do a google search containing FAT32 and java. Oh, btw, FAT32 is what windows98 uses, and is compatible with win2000.
