Default can't start LimeWire

I can't start the 2.7.3 version of LimeWire. I have JSDK1.4.1_01. Not sure which is the problem because I upgraded both at the same time. If I double click the icon in Windows, nothing happens. If I try to run it from a command prompt, I get this:

STARTUP ERROR
