I think that is a language issue. Assuming that you are installing in another language, that is. Check the LimeWire Beta Program thread. I think this has been discussed there.

Also, there used to be a link on LimeWire's site for older versions. Last I checked, it wasn't working. If someone is able to get you to a link with the older versions, I recommend keeping the older installer just in case the new one has problems. That's what I do.
