What type of file? The LimeWire application? Or a music/video file?
If it's LimeWire, then I have
no idea. I would suggest re-downloading it. Make sure you get it from LimeWire's site.
If it's music or video, then I would think it to mean that you have QuickTime selected as the default player but for some reason it is unable to play the file. It's either missing something or a wrong file type for your version of QT.
