Default Blocking Features

These features should help deal with the RIAA SPOOF Attacks on Gnutella:

1) Block Checksum - allows user to block a file with a certain checksum. This would allow one to block the spoof files alienating Gnutella users, that are put up by record labels.

2) A transfer grab limit - Allows a user to ban a user from downloading a file from you for 30 minutes, if the following happens:

A) Tries to request the same file twice, while in the process of downloading it.

B) Tries to connect and cancel transfers of the same file, more than four times in a 1 minute period, or more than seven times in a five minute period.

3) Ability to do an encrypted transfer, or a transfer on another port, to prevent spying.

This would prevent the "upload stoppers" that record labels plan to use from working.
